Return and Refund Policy
Discounted/sales items are final and cannot be returned and refund.
Customers will have up to 10 business days to ask for a refund from the day you received your products at your nominated delivery address.
We can only offer a return/partial or whole refund if there is a manufacturing defect of actual product (not the packaging) within the 10 days from receiving the product. We request for you to immediately contact us at with a photo so we can assess the product in question and will contact you at earliest convenience.
All sales of Trading Card Game (TCG) products are final. Due to the nature of these collectible items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, nor can orders be modified once completed. This policy ensures the integrity and authenticity of each product, providing collectors and players with confidence in their purchase. We encourage you to review your selection carefully before completing your order.
Defective Products
Defective Products are either manufacturing defect or damaged products (not packaging) whilst in transit.
Manufacturing defect is when the characteristics of a product hinders the way it is used for its intended purpose.
Damaged Products whist in transit is when the product is severely damaged through transport (not packaing that holds the product) and arrived that your home with the damaged done.
Some products packaging we get from our suppliers are not in perfect condition, some minor damages. We do not offer returns and refunds for small wrinkles, corner bends and rips in packaging of the product.
Change of Mind
We do not offer exhchange/returns/refunds for change of mind. CJ Collective reserves the right to refuse any return of product due to change of mind.
Refunds
All refunds will be done through discretion of CJ Collective Pty Ltd. In the event that a refund occurs, you will receive your money through the method you paid i.e. PayPal, Bank Transfer. This process will take between 10-15 business days.
